Donovan Steinberg

Donovan Steinberg currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at OneDay since July 2023. Previously, Donovan held various roles at BombBomb from October 2014 to July 2023, culminating in the position of Vice President of Customer Success, where responsibilities included overseeing Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, and Support for mid-market and enterprise clients. Prior to this, Donovan was the Director of Customer Success and Customer Care Manager, focusing on team development and exceptional customer service efforts. Additional experience includes serving as Kitchen Manager at iT'Z Family Entertainment and Kitchen Supervisor at Old Chicago Restaurants. Donovan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Pikes Peak State College.
