Eric Bailly

Eric Bailly is a Senior Director at Third Horizon Strategies, where he supports key consulting projects and functions related to addiction reform and health integration. He also serves as Recovery Policy Collaborative at O'Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law, Board Chair at ShareHouse, Advisory Board Member at Rx and Illicit Drug Summit, Advisory Council Member at OneFifteen, Mentor at SAFE Project, and has held various positions at Elevance Health, including Business Solutions Director and Business Change Manager. Eric also worked as a Behavioral Health Care Manager at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and as an Adjunct Professor of Health Care Management at Concordia College. Additionally, he has been an Advisor at Halcyon Health and the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers - NAATP - FoRSE. Eric holds a MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in Psychology from Concordia College.
