John Albanese Sphr

John Albanese, SPHR, MBA has a diverse work experience in human resources. John started their career in 2000 as a Human Resource Generalist at Telergy. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Compensation and Benefits Manager at Community Bank, N.A. John then joined Carrols/ Fiesta Corporation as a Director of Human Resources, where they oversaw compensation, employee benefits, and HRIS for 17,000 employees in 17 states from 2005 to 2012. Currently, they are working at Oneida Indian Nation as the Director of Human Resource Administration. In this role, they provide leadership and oversees benefits programs, compensation administration, and variable pay plans.

John Albanese, SPHR, MBA has a distinguished education history in the field of business. John began their academic journey in 1982 when they enrolled at Niagara University and pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business. John dedicated four years to their studies, successfully completing their undergraduate program in 1986.

Motivated by their passion for the field, John Albanese continued to expand their knowledge and skills by pursuing higher education. In 1993, they enrolled at Le Moyne College to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Over the course of three years, from 1993 to 1996, they focused on studying various aspects of business to further enhance their expertise.

It is evident from their educational background that John Albanese holds a strong foundation in business studies. With a Bachelor's degree from Niagara University and an MBA degree from Le Moyne College, they have equipped himself with the necessary knowledge to excel in the field.
