Oscar Pena

Oscar Pena is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in education, fitness, and project management. Currently serving as the Group Fitness Director at Onelife Fitness since November 2022, responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding fitness staff while conducting quarterly evaluations. Oscar has also been a Business Education Teacher at Prince George's County Public Schools and an Adjunct Professor at Universidad Ana G. Méndez since 2020 and 2015 respectively. Previous roles include Project Engineer at Consys Inc, MDM Project Coordinator at Sodexo, and Sales Executive at Oracle, among others. Oscar holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Project Management from Walden University, an MBA from Universidad Metropolitana, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Accounting and Finance from Universidad del Zulia.
