Richard Handley

Richard Handley has extensive work experience in software development and management. Richard started their career as a Web Designer/Developer at JS-Net, where they developed multiple e-commerce sites from client discovery to product delivery. Richard then worked as a Web Application Developer at UC Santa Cruz, co-managing a team of developers and designers to create web-based applications.

Richard joined Hewlett Packard as a Web Developer, where they managed HP's learning portal site and developed web-based applications using various technologies. At the Federal Aviation Association, they served as an Intranet Application Architect, leading a team in managing and improving a flight standards training site.

Richard further worked at Equator.com as a Development Manager, playing a significant role in growing the company and establishing high performance standards. Richard recruited and trained team members and created innovative training modules.

Richard also worked at NEOGOV as a Development Manager, where they were responsible for converting development processes from Rally to JIRA and establishing development standards using C#, ColdFusion, and MS-SQL.
