Jimmy Harper

Jimmy Harper has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in oncology-related organizations. Jimmy is currently the Chief Development Officer at OneOncology since May 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Development at OneOncology starting from August 2020.

Before joining OneOncology, Jimmy worked at Flatiron Health, where they held various roles, including Head of Strategic Growth and Initiatives, Head of Strategic Initiatives, Sales Director for Provider Solutions, Senior Account Executive, and Account Executive from 2015 to 2020.

Additionally, Jimmy served as the Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors at the Premier Oncology Hematology Management Society (POHMS) from July 2013 to September 2015.

From 2008 to 2015, Jimmy Harper was employed at Gettysburg Cancer Center as the Executive Director. Their responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations and managing all business ventures for the comprehensive community-based cancer center. Jimmy also held the role of Special Projects and Business Development during their tenure at Gettysburg Cancer Center.

Furthermore, Jimmy worked as a Healthcare Consultant at New Health Services, INC (NHS, INC) from August 2013 to May 2015.

Lastly, Jimmy was a Member of the Board of Directors at the Community Hematology Oncology Consortium (CHOC), a multi-state GPO managing drug spend for multiple practices. During their time on the board from July 2013 to December 2014, they played a vital role in developing policies, monitoring finances, evaluating contracts, and promoting the consortium's activities.

Jimmy Harper completed their high school education at Gettysburg Area High School from 2001 to 2005, earning a High School Diploma in General Studies. In 2008, they enrolled at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, where they pursued an Associate's degree in General Studies. However, they were unable to complete the degree and transferred 55 credits to Temple University the following year. At Temple University, they started studying Biochemistry and Neuroscience (Cellular and Molecular) in 2009 but did not finish their Bachelor of Science degree.
