Lauren Wampole

Lauren Wampole, MS has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2016, they worked at Compass Oncology, where they held multiple roles. As a Practice Administrator, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Vancouver Cancer Center and collaborated with physician leadership to develop strategic initiatives. Lauren also served as the Manager of Quality Programs, where they led the creation and development of the Compass Oncology Quality Program, implementing various internal and external quality initiatives. Additionally, Lauren served as the OCM Quality Program Lead, overseeing the implementation of the Oncology Care Model and managing a team of specialists.
