Jose de la Peña has worked for multiple companies since 2008. Jose began their career at Heineken España as a Human Resources Manager. In 2009, they moved to Advocare, where they worked as a Junior Lawyer. In 2011, they joined PhotoBox as a Customer Experience Manager. In 2012, they were promoted to Responsable Merchandising - Hofmann & PhotoBox and then Marketing Executive Espagne, where they were responsible for developing sales and managing margins. In 2016, they moved to Hofmann España as Chef de Project SEM & DISPLAY PhotoBox & Hofmann. In 2017, they joined Onepark as Head of Acquisition Marketing South Europe and Head of Acquisition Marketing Espagne.
Jose de la Peña received a Master II, Economie- Law degree from the Universidad de Sevilla in the field of Law. In addition, they have obtained four certifications from Google: Google AdWords certification - Publicité vidéo (January 2017), Certification Google Analytics (December 2016), Spécialiste agréé Google AdWords (November 2016), and Google AdWords certification - shopping advertising (date unknown).
