Jen Owens, MBA, PMP, CPHIMS

Jen Owens, MBA, PMP, CPHIMS has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Jen began their career in 2000 as an Application Developer for Alliance Data Systems. In 2003, they moved to Enhanced Systems Consulting as a Microsoft Solutions Consultant. In 2006, they became an ERP Analyst for Edwards & Associates. In 2007, they were a Senior Systems Analyst for ETSU Physicians & Associates. From 2010 to 2011, they were a SQL Report Developer for Syntrix Consulting Group. From 2011 to 2013, they were an EHR Implementation Consultant for EHR Evolution. Since 2013, they have been with OnePartner, where they have held two roles: HIE Applications Analyst and Manager, HIE Implementation. In these roles, they are responsible for working directly with healthcare clients to onboard data to the HIE, analyzing data feeds from different data sources, project management, resource management, vocabulary mapping, testing, training, go-live support and maintenance.

Jen Owens, MBA, PMP, CPHIMS has an extensive educational background. Jen obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University from 1995 to 1999. Jen then completed their Master of Business Administration from King University in 2008. In addition to their degrees, Jen has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they obtained their Certified Professional in Health Information & Management Systems (CPHIMS) from HIMSS. In 2021, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
