Sandra Wieland

VP of Customer Success at OnePlan

Sandra Wieland has had a diverse work experience in customer success and account management roles. Sandra is currently the VP of Customer Success at OnePlan, where they have been since January 2023. Previously, they held the position of Head of Customer Success at OnePlan from January to December 2022. Before joining OnePlan, Sandra worked at Eventbrite Deutschland as a Senior Customer Success Manager from January 2018 to January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at ticketscript by Eventbrite, starting as a Key Account Manager in October 2011 and progressing to the roles of Senior Account Manager from March 2013 to June 2014 and Head of Account Management from July 2014 to December 2017. Sandra began their career at Booking.com as a Praktikantin Account Management in March 2008 and went on to hold the positions of Junior Account Manager Hotels Germany from August 2008 to December 2010 and Account Manager Hotels Germany from January 2011 to October 2011.

Sandra Wieland attended Euro Business College Berlin from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Internationales Tourismus- und Eventmanagement.
