Alex dos Reis de Souza

Alex dos Reis de Souza is a Research Engineer at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab since October 2021. Prior to this role, Alex served as a Ph.D. student at Inria from October 2018 to September 2021 and also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology from November 2019 to July 2021, where courses on control systems and industrial automation were taught. Alex completed a research internship at ONERA in 2017, focusing on nonlinear model approximation methods. Alex holds a Doctor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and a Mechatronics Engineering degree from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, complemented by an exchange program in Control Systems at Grenoble INP - Ense3.
