Mario Merino Higuera

Mario Merino Higuera has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Mario currently serves as the Regional Operations Director at Onet Iberia, responsible for managing the business operations, budget compliance, business development, and team management. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Director of BPO Outsourcing at Gi Group for three years. Mario also held the position of Vodafone Operations Director at Majorel for two years. Mario has extensive experience in subsidiary management, as they served as the Operations Director for GRUPO GLOBAL EXCHANGE for a year and a half. Mario has also worked at Atento, where they held multiple roles including Global Accounts Director and Multisector Operations Director. Mario began their career at Applus, where they held various managerial positions over a period of nine years.

Mario Merino Higuera has a diverse education history. In 1995, they enrolled at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they pursued a Diplomado degree in Ciencias Físicas until 1999. Following this, from 1999 to 2002, they furthered their education at the same institution, earning a degree in Ingeniero with a field of study in Electrónica. In 2010, Mario attended the IESE Business School for their Management Development Program, specializing in PDD. Mario later enrolled in the Escuela de Organización Industrial's Executive Program of Digital Transformation in 2018 to focus on the field of Digital. Additionally, in 2013, they obtained a COPC coordinator certification from KENWIN, although the field of study for this certification is unknown.
