The Leadership Team at OneTen is responsible for steering the coalition’s strategic vision to upskill, hire, and advance one million Black individuals without four-year degrees into family-sustaining jobs. They oversee key functions such as talent development, client success, communications, technology, marketing, finance, operations, human resources, and business development. This team ensures the coalition's initiatives align with its mission to dismantle systemic barriers and create equitable opportunities by fostering a skills-first employment paradigm.
