Kimthu Doan

KimThu Doan has extensive experience in customer support and success roles. KimThu is currently the Vice President of Global Customer Support at OneTrust since 2023. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2023, they served as the Executive Vice President of Global Customer Success at AVEVA. KimThu was also a member of Chief, a private network for senior women leaders, from 2020 to 2022. KimThu had a long tenure at OSIsoft, where they held roles such as Senior Vice President of Customer Success from 2018 to 2021 and Director of Customer Success from 2016 to 2018. Before that, at Oracle, they were the Senior Director of Cloud Product Support for Taleo from 2015 to 2016. KimThu also had roles at Taleo, Oracle USA, Inc., PeopleSoft Inc., Vantive, and Airtouch, where they gained experience in various customer support and management positions.

KimThu Doan attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2021 to 2022, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they studied Computer Science at the University of California, Davis from 1989 to 1991, earning a Bachelor's degree (B.S.). Additionally, KimThu has obtained certifications in Customer Experience from San Francisco State University | College of Extended Learning and in Project Management (PMP) from PMI-OC Project Management Institute. KimThu also holds a certification as a Certified Support Manager from Service Strategies.
