Jon Hurd

Jon Hurd has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jon began their career as a Data Analyst at Russell McVeagh and then worked as a Tactical Developer at Susquehanna International Group, LLC and later at Susquehanna. At Susquehanna, they gained experience in setting up trading desks and brokerage systems. Jon then joined Global Betting Exchange as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed automated gambling systems. Following that, they worked as an IT Consultant at Hewlett-Packard Financial Services and as a Technical Team Lead at Ammado Ltd. Jon then served as a Team Lead and Scrum Master at Spendvision, where they were responsible for leading teams and project management. Next, they worked at Wonga.com as a Senior Developer, Developer Tools Tech Lead, Scrum Master, and Developer Productivity Lead, contributing to the development of developer tools and processes. Jon then joined ServiceFrame as a Team Lead and Software Developer. Currently, they are working at Oneview Healthcare as an SRE Lead and Engineering Productivity Lead.

Jon Hurd completed their Bachelor of Science in Computing Science from Imperial College London from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Wells Blue School from 1981 to 1988. Jon also holds a certification in MCSD from Microsoft, although the details of when it was obtained are not provided.
