Lauren Humm

Lauren Humm has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a PSM/Environmental College Laborer at Marathon Petroleum Corporation in 2017. Lauren then joined OneVizion in 2019 as a Customer Success Engineer, where they provided Tier 1 Admin support for customers and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure support for Project Managers. In their subsequent role as a Senior Customer Success Engineer, they focused on fostering collaborative relationships with customers to create iterative database improvements and improving business planning through the creation of dashboards, reports, and notifications. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at OneVizion, where they continue to work closely with customers to meet their business needs.

Lauren Humm earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, completing their studies between 2015 and 2019.
