Robin joined the team as Office Manager in 2021. She is an experienced executive, consultant, and professionally trained and certified master coach and has always kept her focus on building strong customer relationships to achieve and facilitate success.

Robin’s 35+ years’ experience, in a wide variety of roles and environments, have prepared her to be an integral part of providing the exemplary customer experience that differentiates OneWhoServes from any competitors. She is thrilled and honored to be part of this team.

Robin has a BS degree in Special Education for the Hearing Impaired from the University of TN, Knoxville and served as a Comprehensive Certified Sign Language Interpreter for 11 years.
