Andy Freeman

Andy Freeman has extensive experience in IT support and management. Andy began their career as an IT Support Technician at Varndean School in 2012, where they handled a wide range of IT issues. In 2015, they joined Jayex Technology as a Support Specialist, providing remote support for software and Windows support for healthcare industry software.

In 2016, Freeman joined Onfido as an IT Engineer and quickly advanced to become the IT Support Lead. In this role, they supported the company's growing staff and oversaw the day-to-day internal IT support. Andy managed a fleet of Macs and Ubuntu Linux devices and helped the company scale from 60 to 500 employees.

Currently, Freeman is the Director of IT at Onfido, responsible for the day-to-day internal IT support and managing a team of IT support engineers. Andy has seen the company grow from 60 to over 700 employees since joining in 2016. Overall, Freeman has demonstrated their ability to handle increasing levels of responsibility and effectively support growing organizations in the IT field.

From 2008 to 2011, Andy Freeman attended the University of Brighton, where they pursued a degree in Computing (Networked Systems).
