Billal Malik

Billal Malik is a Director at Onfido, responsible for the UK & I Customer Success team. Additionally, Billal is a Snr Strategic Enterprise Customer Success manager managing 15 Enterprise and Strategic accounts. Billal also co-founded and serves as a volunteer Project Manager at The Jasmine Project, focusing on providing sustainability for refugee families through micro-business creation. Prior to this, Billal worked at Brothers Broadway/Lets Direct as a General Manager & Account Manager. Billal holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Forensic Science from the University of East London.
