Jenny Beazley

Vice President, Global Customer Success at Onfido

Jenny Beazley has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1997 as a Technical Consultant at APT Solutions Ltd. Jenny later joined IBM Global Services as a UniVerse & UniData Database Engineer, where they focused on performance tuning databases and team leadership.

In 2003, Jenny joined EMC as a Senior CLARiiON Engineer, where they managed outsourced support training plans and implemented Six Sigma initiatives. Jenny then took on various roles at EMC, including Senior Project Manager, Global Consultant Program Manager, and Director of Global Customer Advocacy.

In 2016, Jenny joined Dell Technologies as the Global Director of Voice of Customer Analytics & Intelligence in the Chief Customer Office. Jenny later moved to Tableau Software as the Global Director of Customer Success Programs and Operations.

Most recently, in 2022, Jenny Beazley joined Onfido as the Vice President of Global Customer Success.

Jenny Beazley's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics (Hons) from The University of Sheffield, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Jenny then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Open University, completing it from 2006 to 2009. Currently, they are enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce, where they are pursuing a Ranger certification which is expected to be completed in 2022.
