Miguel Mones

Miguel Mones is currently working as a Senior Manager of EMEA Customer Success at Onfido, where they focus on simplifying identity verification processes. Prior to joining Onfido, Miguel held various roles at Cloudflare, including Customer Success Head for multiple regions and industries, as well as Strategic Customer Success Manager. Miguel also worked as a Customer Success Manager at Cloudflare. Earlier in their career, Miguel served as an Engagement Manager at Infosys and pursued an MBA at IESE Business School. Miguel gained experience as a Product Development MBA Associate at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance and worked as a Consultant at Accenture, managing offshore teams in development projects for financial services and insurance companies. Miguel's early professional experience includes working as an Analyst in product and software development at the technology startup Nakami.

Miguel Mones obtained a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in the years 1999 to 2004. Miguel then pursued a MSc in Information Technology from the same university between 2004 and 2006. Later, they attended the IESE Business School from 2010 to 2012, where they completed an MBA, specializing in Master of Business Administration (English program).
