Kam Dadfar

Kam Dadfar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

Kam began their professional journey as a GamesMaker at London 2012, where they served from July 2012 to September 2012. Following this, they joined the Higher Education Statistics Agency as a Telephone Researcher in January 2013 for a brief period of two months.

In 2014, Kam joined MBA as a Junior Planning Intern from July 2014 to August 2014.

Their longest stint has been at Onfido, where they started as an Operations Associate in December 2015 and worked until December 2016. Kam subsequently progressed within the organization, taking on roles such as Product Operations Lead starting from January 2017 to February 2021, Director of Product Operations from March 2021 to October 2022, and ultimately becoming the Senior Director of Product Operations from October 2022, a position they currently hold.

Kam Dadfar obtained a Master's degree in Social Anthropology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2014-2015. Prior to that, Kam completed a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2011 to 2014. Kam's education journey began at Westminster Kingsway College in 2009-2011, where Kam pursued A-Levels in Sociology, Philosophy, and Psychology.
