Natalie Roberts

Natalie Roberts has a diverse work experience that spans over 13 years. Natalie is currently working at Onfido as the VP of People since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People at Onfido from January 2020 to March 2021. Before joining Onfido, they worked as the Head of HR at Nested.com from October 2018 to December 2019. From September 2015 to April 2018, Natalie held the position of Head of HR, UK & CE at Funding Circle UK. Natalie also worked at Turner Broadcasting System as an HR Manager from March 2013 to September 2015 and at Harrods as an HR Adviser from September 2010 to March 2013. Natalie's career started at Wyeth in November 2007, where they worked initially as an HR Administrator and later as an Acting HR Advisor until July 2010.

Natalie Roberts completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Social Science with a Psychology pathway at the University of Southampton from 2003 to 2006. Natalie then pursued further education and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Human Resources Management (CIPD) at the University of West London, starting in 2009.
