Carlos Fernandez Arteaga

Carlos Fernandez Arteaga has extensive experience in social project management and risk management. Since April 2006, Carlos has been with CESAL, serving as Responsable de proyectos de Acción Social con juventud and Director de delegación. Prior to this, Carlos worked at Telefónica from March 2000 to March 2006 in Risk Management and held the position of Advertising Assistant at World Duty Free Group for a brief period in late 1999. In terms of education, Carlos obtained a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia between 2010 and 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1994 to 1998.
