Eric-Jan Pouw is currently working as the People & Culture Director at Onguard since April 2023. Prior to this, Eric-Jan held various roles such as Head of Delivery at Appical, Customer Onboarding & Customer Success Manager at Vandebron, and Business Consultant at Circle Software Group B.V. Eric-Jan has experience in project management, implementations, and internal communication during change processes. Eric-Jan also has a background in history, having obtained a Master of Arts in Politiek & Maatschappij in Historisch Perspectief from Utrecht University.
