April Valdez's work experience includes the following:

- April Valdez is currently working as a Cloud Engineer II at Onica by Rackspace Technology, starting in December 2021.

- From August 2021 to December 2021, April Valdez worked at Rackspace Cloud University in a role called TOP training. This role involved participating in a Technical Onboarding Program consisting of various tracks to enhance skills and bring new opportunities to Rackers.

- From August 2019 to August 2021, April Valdez worked as a Virtualization Engineer at Rackspace. Responsibilities included provisioning and deploying v-centers, hypervisors, and VMs/vApps for Government sector customers. April Valdez also defined the scope of the role and trained new Engineers on best practice processes, as well as publishing internal wiki's on these processes.
