George Reed

Principal Support Engineer at Onix

George Reed has a wide range of work experience, starting in 1999 with a role as Dairy Frozen Lead at Kmart. From there, they worked as a Bindery Minor and Press Operator at Standard Register before becoming a Computer Technician at PEL LLC, where they developed a paperless internal memo system. In 2014, they began working at Onix Networking Corp. as a Senior Support Engineer, where they provided break/fix and how-to support for Google Workspace core services, created customer and issue tracking applications on Google Cloud Platform, and maintained a customer satisfaction rating of 95% or higher. George was later promoted to Principal Support Engineer.

George Reed attended Remington College from 2006 to 2008 and earned an Associate degree in Computer Networking Technology. In 2020, they obtained the Google IT Support Professional certification from Google. In addition, they hold a Google Apps Certified Administrator certification, but it is unclear when and where they obtained it.
