Billy McCoy, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Billy most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Onsite Workshops. Prior to that, they worked at PeopleVibe Consulting as a Principal Consultant.

Before joining PeopleVibe Consulting, Billy held several roles at Signature HealthCARE, including Vice President of Human Resources, Regional Human Resources Business Partner, Corporate Director of Human Resources, Corporate Human Resources Business Partner, Corporate Human Resources and HRIS Manager, Human Resources and Employee Relations Advisor, and Site HR Director.

Billy began their career at Walmart, where they worked as a Customer Service Manager/Department Manager.

Billy McCoy earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Human Resources Leadership from Bryan College, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Billy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science / Secondary Education at Tennessee Technological University. In addition to their academic achievements, Billy also holds several professional certifications. Billy obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2020. In July 2018, they earned the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Lastly, in August 2011, they obtained the Teacher - Biological Sciences 7-12 certification from the Tennessee Department of Education.
