Jim Simpson

James Simpson is an experienced finance and operations executive, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at OnSiteIQ since November 2022. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Thomas James Homes from February 2021 to July 2022, as well as Chief Financial Officer and President of the Southern California Division at Thomas James Homes, LLC from April 2016 to August 2020. Simpson has also held the position of Managing Director at The McLean Group, where a founding role in the Water, Wastewater and Environmental industry group was taken. Earlier experience includes Managing Director at OfferBoard Securities and CEO at 2M Direct, LLC, among other leadership roles across various financial services companies. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
