Kathleen Carl

Kathleen Carl serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at OnSolve since November 2016, overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including policy development, staffing, compensation, and employee engagement, while transitioning the organization from startup to a fully integrated function. Prior to OnSolve, Kathleen worked at K. Carl Consulting as a Human Resources/OD Consultant and held senior HR roles at South Jersey Industries, PJM Interconnection, Vernalis Pharmaceuticals, Wyeth, and Aventis Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities ranged from leading HR teams to establishing HR functions and supporting business objectives. Kathleen holds a B.S. in Psychology from Ursinus College.
