Arden Warling

Arden Warling is an experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated history in investment finance operations, currently employed at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since December 2012, focusing on enhancing operational capabilities and data management for Treasury Operations and Investment Financial Operations. Prior to this, Arden held various leadership roles at Citi from February 1995 to May 2012, overseeing international teams in capital markets, cash management initiatives, and business process optimization, significantly contributing to cost savings and revenue growth. Arden's career in the financial sector began at North American Life, where management of a large group pension system initiated a strong foundation in project management, complemented by a BASc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto.
