Claudia Weiler Neiva

Claudia Weiler Neiva has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Claudia has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives, integration processes, talent management, and organizational development.

Claudia's most recent position was as Vice President HR North America at Ontex, a multinational producer of personal hygiene products. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the HR division's operations in the United States and Mexico.

Prior to this, Claudia worked as Vice President HR Projects AMEAA at Ontex, where they managed critical projects for the Americas, Middle East, Africa, and Asia divisions. Claudia played a key role in integrating an operation acquired in the US and building and implementing an HR plan for a new manufacturing facility.

Before joining Ontex, Claudia served as the Vice President HR South America at Ontex, where they were responsible for HR operations and business partnering in LATAM and Australia. Claudia successfully drove HR initiatives as part of a transformation process that contributed to significant growth and cost reduction.

Earlier in their career, Claudia held HR leadership positions at Dorel Sports, Grupo RBS, Hospital Mãe de Deus, VARIG (acquired by Gol Airlines), Gerdau S.A., Dell, and Petroleo Ipiranga. In these roles, they played critical roles in organizational development, talent management, leadership development, and HR operations.

Claudia has a strong track record of success in implementing HR best practices, driving growth, and achieving business objectives. Claudia is experienced in working in multinational environments and has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead and manage diverse teams.

Claudia Weiler Neiva holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Claudia also completed the Leading Change and Organizational Renewal program from Harvard Business School in 2021. In terms of executive education, Claudia attended the Executive Program in Energizing People for Performance at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Claudia also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Claudia has additional certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, and the Ability to Execute (A2E) - Facilitator certification from McKinsey & Company.
