Stefano de Nicola

Stefano De Nicola has a strong work experience history starting in 1997 with Fater S.p.A. where they worked as an Automatic Control Engineer, Electrical Department Manager, and Production Manager. Stefano then moved on to Procter & Gamble in 2005, where they held various roles including Initiative Manager, Technical Systems Manager, Operations and Technical Systems Manager, and Greenfield Start Up Site Manager. In 2014, they joined Nestle as a Corporate Engineering Manager and later became a Corporate Operations - Manufacturing Excellence Manager. In 2018, Stefano joined EY as a Market Facing Director before transitioning to their current role as Vice President of Manufacturing & Manufacturing Excellence at Ontex. In 2021, they were promoted to Vice President of Technical Excellence & Transformation at Ontex.

Stefano De Nicola obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Università degli Studi dell'Aquila between 1988 and 1995. Stefano also attended London Business School in 2016, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
