Oliver Smith

Oliver Smith is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Ontic since August 2022, Oliver oversees a workforce of over 100 employees, focusing on workflow management, production forecasting, and operational performance to meet demand. Previously, Oliver held various leadership roles at GE Aviation from November 2007 to August 2022, including MRO Operations Leader and OE Operations Leader, where responsibilities encompassed supply chain operations and fostering teamwork across customer-focused teams. Additionally, Oliver has a strong foundation in lean manufacturing principles and has effectively managed teams in both production and testing environments. Oliver's formal education was completed at Gloscol between 2010 and 2012.
