McKenna Young currently serves as Manager of Customer Success at Ontra since January 2024, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at AppFolio, Inc. where McKenna held the positions of Senior Manager and Manager in Customer Success and Investment Management from March 2020 to December 2023. Prior to that, McKenna worked at Cerner Corporation from July 2015 to March 2020, progressing through roles such as Team Lead and Learning Facilitator. McKenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Oklahoma State University and has also received education at Burgundy School of Business in 2014.
