Jacqueline Ram, PhD, MBA has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Jacqueline is currently the Vice-President Operations at Onward Robotics, where they provide strategic leadership to establish scalable manufacturing and ensures operations meet high standards of quality and efficiency. Prior to this, they were the Head of Global Operations at Violet Defense from 2020 to 2021.

From 2016 to 2020, Jacqueline worked as the Sr. Business Unit Director at Jabil, Inc., where they collaborated with OEMs and successfully launched a variety of profitable products in different markets. Before that, they served as the JDAS Commercial Officer at Jabil Defense and Aerospace Services LLC, overseeing critical functions of the sales process and driving revenue growth.

Jacqueline's career also includes the role of VP Strategy, Technology, and New Business at Esterline Interface Technologies, where they were responsible for business development, sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Jacqueline played a significant role in securing major OEM projects and defense communications programs.

Earlier in their career, Jacqueline was the National Sales and Marketing Manager at Marconi Circuit Technology, where they successfully grew sales and developed new products. Jacqueline began their career at Kollmorgen Corporation, holding various roles such as Product Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Chemical Engineering Supervisor, and Chemical Process Engineer.

Jacqueline also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering Chemistry from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
