Anna Fredericks

Anna Fredericks has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on people and culture. Their most recent role is as a Senior People Partner at oOh!, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Canva from June 2022 to October 2022. Before joining Canva, Anna worked at Nine as a People & Culture Partner (Digital) from April 2020 to June 2022. Anna also held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at AMP from March 2016 to April 2020. Anna started their career at Herbert Smith Freehills as a People & Development Consultant, Business Services, where they worked from June 2005 to July 2010. Anna then moved on to roles at Macquarie Bank as a Manager, HR, Market Operations and Technology from July 2010 to April 2012, and at Allen & Overy as a Human Resources Manager from April 2012 to April 2015. Anna's first role in the field was at IAG, where they worked as an HR Consultant from April 2015 to March 2016.
