Nicholas Shim

Nicholas Shim is currently the Senior Director of Product at Oooh. Prior to this, they were the Director of Digital Products at Sago Mini from 2016-2019 and the Product Manager from 2013-2016. Nicholas has also worked as a software engineer at Electronic Arts from 2005-2008 and as a performance tester at IBM Canada from 2003-2004. Nicholas has been instrumental in the development of web and iOS projects for clients such as National Geographic, Disney Junior, and NBC's Sprout Network. Nicholas is a creative design lead and has a strong background in project management, agile development processes, usability testing, and conducting qualitative research with families.

Nicholas Shim has a M.Sc in Computer Science from University of Toronto and a HBsc in Software Engineering from the same school. Nicholas also has a certification from Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master.

They work with Paco Viciana - CTO & Co-Founder, Renata Duque - Head of Creator & Content Partnerships. Their manager is Colin Carrier, Founder & CEO.
