Crystal D.

Crystal D. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Crystal has most recently served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO at OP Labs since August 2022. Prior to that, Crystal worked at Coinbase as an Executive Assistant from September 2019 to June 2022. Crystal also had a role as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Shift Technologies, Inc. from February 2018 to August 2019.

Before transitioning to executive support roles, Crystal gained experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, working at Lyft from July 2017 to January 2018, and in various roles from March 2014 to July 2017. Crystal also worked at E-Home Business Network as a Sales Lead & Product Manager from March 2012 to February 2014, and as an Executive Assistant to the CEO from January 2011 to February 2014.

Crystal's early career involved environmental and sustainability work, including co-founding and serving as the Executive Director of the California Student Sustainability Coalition (CSSC) from August 2007 to October 2010. Crystal also worked as an Executive Assistant at the UCLA Campus Sustainability Committee from April 2005 to October 2006. Additionally, Crystal gained experience as an intern to the National Conservation Organizer at Sierra Club from March 2003 to September 2003.

Crystal D. attended UCLA from 2000 to 2005, where they earned their BA degree. During their time at UCLA, they studied Political Theory, Business/Economics, and Geography.
