Valérie Bros

Valérie Bros is the current Corporate Secretary & EVP Legal Affairs at Plastic Omnium. Prior to this, they were with Framatome from January 2018 to March 2019 as a member of both the supervisory board and the audit committee. From October 2017 to March 2019, they were also a director at EDF in the General Secretariat of Electricité de France. Bros has also held positions at the Fondation Janson de Sailly and the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN) as an auditor during the 68th session. Most recently, they were with Enedis (ex ERDF) from August 2014 to October 2017 as the Director of Concessions/Territories/Smart City where they were responsible for the negotiation and finalization of a new concession agreement for the distribution of electricity for500+ concession contracts, the development and commercialization of proposals for the smart city and sustainable territories, and the management of associated legal and financial aspects.

Valérie Bros graduated from HEC Paris with a degree in major stratégie juridique et fiscale internationale. Valérie then attended ENA - Ecole nationale d'administration, where they studied administration publique. After that, they completed a DESS (master) in droit et fiscalité internationale at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI). Finally, they attended the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN).

Their manager is Laurent Favre, CEO. They work with David Meneses - EVP, Sustainability, Stéphane Noël - President & CEO, Intelligent Exterior Systems, and Jana Kley - EVP, Human Resources.
