Paul Solitario is an experienced finance and management professional with extensive expertise in middle-market investment banking and management consulting. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Bray Ventures and Cerium Capital, LLC, Paul has a history of supporting companies with revenues up to $250 million across the United States. As a Co-Founder and Board Member of Opal, Paul focuses on enhancing workplace effectiveness through innovative tracking systems. With a strong background in strategic consulting at Cerium Partners, and previous leadership roles including Managing Director at Charles Towne Holdings and Managing Partner at Tobin Solitario Investment Banking Group, Paul has demonstrated a commitment to technological advancement and economic development. Additionally, Paul founded the Charlotte Regional Technology Executives Council, contributing to the growth of the technology sector in the Charlotte region. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from William & Mary.
