As the business development manager, Alessio Urbani heads customer relationship management and helps clients make the best business decisions based on their business goals.
Alessio has cumulative 10 years’ experience in the BPO industry, in part guided by his background in IT. He has gained first-hand understanding of the BPO industry while working as a bilingual customer support agent. He then went on to become the team leader of a multilingual campaign before his involvement in Open Access BPO’s business development.
After pursuing a bachelor’s in technology, Alessio studied Economics and Business Management in European University of Rome.
