Kevin Douglas

Kevin Douglas has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles in different organizations. Kevin started their career in LifeSpan of MN in 2010 as the Director of Education, where they contributed to the organization's educational programs for a period of three years. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Director of Resource Management in the same company and held this position for seven years. During this time, they oversaw the management of resources and ensured their efficient allocation. In 2020, Kevin joined Open Arms of Minnesota as the Director of Operations, where they are currently responsible for overseeing overall operations.

Kevin Douglas attended Bethel University from 2000 to 2001, earning a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching. Prior to that, they attended the University of MN - Duluth, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminology.
