Julia Sterner-Holden, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Julia most recently served as the Head of Talent Acquisition + Recruitment at Human Agency, a company that provides creative and business solutions services. Prior to this, they held roles such as Director of Recruiting at The Build Fellowship by Open Avenues and Talent Partner at Cheil North America. Julia also gained experience at Salt, where they served as the Head of US Digital Marketing + Communications Recruitment and as a Principal and Senior Recruitment Consultant in the Digital Marketing & Communications field. Julia Sterner-Holden, MBA has a Bachelor's degree in Music with a focus on Vocal Performance from Rice University, which was obtained from 2008 to 2012. Julia also participated in the Pre-College Division program at The Juilliard School in 2007-2008. Julia later pursued a Master of Business Administration in International Management from Munich Business School from 2016 to 2018.
