Joseph Ohens, JSD, LL.M, CHC has extensive experience in corporate compliance and risk management. Joseph is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Compliance and Risk Management at Open Door Community Health Centers. Joseph Ohens obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree in Law from Lagos State University, Faculty of Law, during the period 1999-2006. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Journalism at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism, Ogba, Lagos, from 1989 to 1991. Later on, Ohens attended the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, where they completed a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in American/U.S. Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence from 2010 to 2011. Lastly, they earned their Doctor of the Science of Law (J.S.D.) degree with a specialization in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, spanning from 2012 to 2015.
