Russell Chan

Russell Chan is currently working as the Head of People and Corporate at Open Government Products, overseeing the corporate organization for OGP. With past experiences in various roles such as Senior Lead at Singapore Economic Development Board and Intern at CMC Partnership, Russell has a background in organization development and change management. Russell also has experience as a Summer Intern at LTA and Ministry of Manpower, where they conducted research studies and planned field investigations. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from UCL.
