Rachel Coster

Rachel Coster has a diverse work experience spanning various HR roles and organizations. Rachel most recently served as the People Director, UK & Europe at OPEN Health since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at OPEN Health from July 2018 to October 2021. Before joining OPEN Health, Rachel was the HR Manager at The Marketing Practice from April 2017 to June 2018. Rachel also held the position of Senior HR Manager at Charity Link from January 2013 to August 2016 and HR Manager at Hearing Dogs For Deaf People from August 2007 to January 2013. Rachel's earlier roles include Personnel Support Officer at Dreams from October 2006 to August 2007, HR Advisor at The AA from November 2004 to October 2006, and Staff Administrator at The Royal Household from July 2004 to November 2004.
