Kevin Kilarski

Kevin Kilarski has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Sales Representative at Cosmo Music, where they demonstrated strong customer service skills and developed problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership abilities. In 2016, they worked as a Call Centre Agent at Ontario One Call, where they processed calls and maintained professionalism during public safety emergencies. From 2017 to 2019, Kevin held multiple roles at Western University, including Research Assistant, Career Counsellor, and Personal Counsellor, where they gained experience in vocational counseling, psychological support, and therapeutic methods. In 2019, they joined the University of Guelph as a Support Coordinator, responsible for investigating inefficiencies and implementing solutions to improve workflow. Currently, Kevin is working as a Web Developer at OPEN MINDS Circle.

Kevin attended Juno College of Technology in 2021, where they completed a Web Development Immersive Bootcamp program, focusing on computer programming. Kevin also took a Javascript Accelerated Con-Ed Course and a Web Development Accelerated Con-Ed Course at Juno College of Technology during the same year.

Prior to that, Kevin pursued a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Western University from 2017 to 2019. Kevin obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Psychology from the University of Guelph, which they completed from 2010 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Kevin Kilarski obtained certification in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) from Western University in June 2018.
