Laird Sapir

Laird Sapir has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2001, they worked as a General Manager at Atlanta Bread Company until 2003. From 2003 to 2007, they were the Owner and Executive Chef at Hautefood. During the same period, they also served as the General Manager of the Restaurant Division at Nordstrom. From 2007 to 2009, Laird worked as an Executive Assistant to the Regional Vice President at Nordstrom. In 2009, they started their own company, Memphis McKay, LLC. Currently, Laird holds the position of VP, Web Services at OPEN MINDS Circle, where they also previously worked as a Senior Web Developer and Lead in 2020.

Laird Sapir completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a concentration in Secondary Education from the University of North Carolina Asheville. This educational journey began in 1999 and was concluded in 2001. Following this, they pursued their interest in Culinary Arts by attending the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena from 2003 to 2004, where they earned an Associate's degree in the same field.
