Fred Watkins

Fred Watkins is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership, community engagement, and marketing. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Lil Laughs Corporation since July 2018, Fred also holds the position of OSI 2018-19 Community Fellow at Open Society Foundations. As the Founder and Facilitator of Lil' Laughs, Inc., Fred is dedicated to addressing social and emotional learning barriers among students through an anti-bullying campaign that harnesses comedy to boost self-esteem. Additionally, Fred is the Creator and CEO of Big Laughs Company LLC and has extensive experience in guest relations at Baltimore Comedy Factory and as a brand ambassador for SWAROVSKI. Previously, Fred held various roles in program coordination and execution at Baltimore Urban Leadership Foundation and Target Stores. Educationally, Fred obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Morgan State University.
